TramposPet is a project I developed with care, and it is available at www.trampospet.com.br. It is a simple and intuitive platform where companies can easily post job openings in the pet industry and find qualified talent.
But beyond simplifying the hiring process, TramposPet has a greater purpose. I want to use this platform to help animals in need and support students and professionals passionate about the pet world, such as those in veterinary medicine, grooming, and more. My goal is to create a positive impact by connecting job opportunities with the passion for caring for our four-legged friends.

While developing TramposPet, I sought to understand the needs of users by diving into the pet industry. I spoke with friends who work in this sector and conducted online research to understand the pain points and challenges faced by companies and professionals in this market.
I discovered that many companies struggled to find qualified talent quickly and efficiently, while many professionals had difficulty finding job opportunities that aligned with their passion for animals. Additionally, I noticed a strong desire to help animals in need and to support students and early-career professionals.
Through this journey of discovering user pain points, I was able to develop a solution that truly meets the needs of the market and contributes to the well-being of animals.
For candidates, the sitemap was structured to facilitate the search for job opportunities in the pet industry. This included clear and organized categories, such as job openings by type (veterinarian, groomer, pet shop attendant, etc.) and by geographical location. Additionally, I implemented advanced filters to allow for more refined searches, taking into account criteria such as salary, type of contract, and level of experience.
For recruiters, the sitemap was designed to simplify the process of posting job openings and managing candidates. This involved creating an exclusive access area where companies can easily register new opportunities, view received resumes, and interact directly and efficiently with candidates.
I chose to use blue for candidates because it is a color associated with trust, calmness, and professionalism. These qualities are important for candidates who are seeking job opportunities in the pet industry. Additionally, blue is widely recognized as a friendly and appealing color, which contributes to a positive experience when navigating through available job listings.
On the other hand, I selected purple for recruiters as it represents creativity, sophistication, and originality. These qualities are essential for recruiters, who are tasked with finding the best talent and representing their companies in an impactful way. Purple also evokes a sense of exclusivity and authority, helping to establish a strong and memorable presence for recruiters on the platform.
Problem 1 Solved – Difficulty in Finding Specific Opportunities:
Many candidates struggle to find job opportunities in the pet industry that align with their skills and interests.
Problem 2 Solved – Complex Application Process:
TramposPet simplifies the application process by allowing users to easily create profiles and apply for jobs using their own contact information without advanced software. This eliminates the need to fill out extensive forms for each application, making the process more efficient and less bureaucratic.
Problem 3 Solved – Difficulty in Finding Qualified Talent: Recruiters often face challenges in finding qualified candidates who meet their companies’ specific needs. TramposPet addresses this issue by providing a platform where recruiters can access a database of qualified candidates in the pet industry, facilitating the selection process.
Problem 4 Solved – Low Employee Retention: Finding the right candidate is only half the battle; retaining that talent is equally important. TramposPet helps recruiters find candidates who are genuinely interested in the pet industry and fit the company’s culture, which can increase the likelihood of long-term employee retention.
Graduated in an MBA in Management and Strategy in UX Design from ESPM, I currently work as a Staff Product Designer with expertise in Programming.
I began my design journey at Criamix, working on projects for major brands and football teams like Corinthians, São Paulo, and Budweiser. There, I discovered my passion for web design.
This passion led me to Studio Visual, where I started as a Web Designer, combining front-end skills with interface design and later transitioning into Product Design. With over 10 years of experience, I am now a Senior Product Designer at Studio Visual, collaborating with brands like SKY, Kumon, Serasa Experian, OLX, and Faber Castell. I contribute to B2B, B2C, and D2C projects, delivering impactful digital solutions.
